The hotel has a great location, within walking distance of shopping, entertainment, and public transportation if you want to venture out further.   1. Nice selection and comments, but,

    (1) What about the InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile? An amazing property with perfect location in Chicago, and usually pretty expensive.

    (2) InterContinental Dusseldorf? Great hotel maybe, but it’s not one of the most expensive IC’s in Europe – much like most IC’s in Germany. So at most days of the year this wouldn’t be a very good redemption option.

  2. There’s a typo in the body of this post: The title refers to category 8 but just below it refers to cat 9 mistakenly. I’ve enjoyed this series of posts, looking forward to the next one.
