Katy and I each got targeted to offer a referral for the NO Annual Fee AmEx Blue Business Plus Card. The offer gives the applicant 15,000 Membership Rewards points instead of the normal ZERO point sign-up bonus. You’ll need to spend $5,000 in the first 3 months of card ownership. That is a little more than the zero points offer, but still worth the effort in my opinion.
As we talked about several posts ago, the card is great for non-bonus category spending. Â Keep in mind the 2X per $1 is on the first $50,000 of spend per year. It falls to 1 point per $1 after that. I regularly figure MR points to be worth a conservative 1.25 cents each. I know you can do much better when transferring into airline miles and redeeming for premium cabin seats.
Amex Offers
I Â also picked up a nice Amex Offer like 4X membership rewards points at Sam’s Club (in addition to the two normally earned per $$$). 6X at Sam’s worked real well for me earlier when I could find some gift cards at my Sam’s. They are out now, so I’ve had to back off for now.
Looking at the current Amex Offers, I see money off for Dell, Boxed and gas, Fed Ex, Starbucks, and two for MGM resorts. What I really like is when they offer not only cash back but, also additional points per dollar above and beyond the two points normally earned with the card.
Referral offers for Amex Blue Business
Our referral offer only allows us to earn enough points for 3 referrals each, so we have six total available. You can leave your name and email in the comments as we have done before. But substitute an “AT” for the “@” symbol to stop the scammers.
0% introductory APR
This offer also includes 0% interest introductory offer on purchases and balance transfers for the first 15 months of card ownership. Beware, there is probably still a balance transfer fee of 3% or $5 whichever is more.
Get referred for  the 15k Amex Blue Business Plus
This is a solid “go-to daily card” with no annual fee, 2X per dollar, good Amex Offers and one we have in our wallet most of the time. Normally without a sign-up bonus, it’s nice to be able to share an offer to six of you for the AmEx Blue Business Plus Card with a 15,000 sign-up bonus and a matching referral for us.
The offer expires in January, but I expect the six will be gone quickly.
Just post your first name and “modified email” in the comments, and we’ll send you a nice bonus offer.
What kind of gift cards does Sam’s club sell and are you able to convert them to MO’s at WM and grocery stores? I’ve never bought Sam’s club gift cards before but I have the same 6x points on my blue biz plus and figure now’s a good time to try.
I WAS buying visa gift cards but when they ran out tried the MC version. It was a disaster with registration and rejections by merchants. I’m currently staying away from the Sam’s Club. I never cash out gift cards at WM. I don’t go near that place in my location

Been waiting for a SUB to apply for this one.
Thank you. Finally a sign up bonus for this card. I missed out when it first came out.

Sending it now from Katy’s account
We have sent out six referrals and two people have responded they were approved. We have to stop now unless the other four let me know their results. If there was a denial, we’ll keep trying til we get 6
Both my wife and I have the same referral offers available to us, so if you tell me that your 6 are indeed used up, with your blessing I’ll send referrals to the next 6.
Colt, I’ve emailed those that have not responded and will report in as soon as I hear.. Nice of you to offer
WE now have one more referral to offer. Anybody want the card with NO annual fee 15K MR point sign up after $5K spend and 2X on everything for the first $50K per year? Just leave your email below
Rick, if you need more referrals I also have a 15k referral offer that I’m happy to share if there is interest. Warmly, Andres
As of November 9th afternoon, two of Katy’s have been claimed and one of mine. We’ll see what next week brings and then officially put the remainder back up available
Problem is….. this is an AMEX card, and 5x spend to meet to get what strikes me as a paltry opening bonus — and not get caught in the ever tightening AMEX RAT-team noose is a stretch…. at least for me.
(Anybody care to tell me that Amex won’t mess with new holders of this card?)
I’ve lived without amex MR’s for my first half century, and I’m not convinced as yet just why I should have one. (With this post, you presume it’s self-evident, that everyone already knows why…. that everyone knows just why you would value MR’s at whatever…. You assumed incorrectly. )
