Bilt’s June Rent Day promotion was announced today and aside from the usual offerings, there’s plenty of new stuff in time for summer travel. Most offerings revolve around food, with Bilt expanding its Neighborhood Dining program. Members also earn bonus points through the usual trivia activities and credit card spending. Here’s a summary of the June 2024 Rent Day promotion:
- Double points on credit card spending: Earn double rewards when using your Bilt Mastercard for purchases on June 1.
- Up to 10X points on dining: To celebrate the expansion of the Neighborhood Dining program, members can earn up to 10X bonus points by using a registered credit card at participating restaurants.
- Bilt Brunch series: Bilt is setting aside tables for members at select restaurants in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles and New York.
- SoulCycle x Bilt Rent Day Rides: Members get access to free themed SoulCycle classes booked through the app.
- Rent Free Game Show: Earn bonus points playing a special trivia game
Below are the details for each promotion:
Double points on credit card spending
Date: June 1, 2024
Every Rent Day, members with a Bilt Mastercard earn double points on all purchases except rent. The Bilt card normally earns 3X points on dining, 2X points on travel and 1X on all other purchases. These rewards are doubled on the first of every month. Since the Bilt card requires members to make at least five purchases per statement in order to earn points, Rent Day is the perfect time to meet this requirement. I like to use my Bilt card on Rent Day to purchase gift cards, pay bills and make purchases that I normally would earn just 1X point on.
While I could certainly charge these expenses to a double rewards card like the Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card, I value Bilt points higher for their transfer options (mainly Alaska Airlines and World of Hyatt).
Note: If you use my Bilt Mastercard referral link to apply for the card and get approved, I’ll earn 2,500 bonus points.
Earn up to 16X points on Neighborhood Dining
Date: June 1, 2024
Bilt members can earn up to 16X bonus points on dining this Rent Day. To qualify, you need to register your credit card with the Bilt dining program and use it at a participating restaurant. Be sure to register before June 1 to qualify for this promotion:

- Select “Rent Day” under the “Bilt for you” tab.
- Click the “activate” button under the promotion box.
Bilt Blue and Silver members earn 5X points while Gold Platinum members earn 10X at participating restaurants. By combining your Bilt card with this promotion, you’ll earn 16 points per dollar spent on June 1 only. However, you do not have to use the Bilt Mastercard – any credit or debit card will do.
Once you’ve activated the offer, you’ll want to link your credit card.
- Head to the “Neighborhood” tab on the bottom of your screen.
- Select the “Enable rewards at all restaurants” option in the middle of your screen.

- Citi Prestige (my go-to), which earns 5X points on dining.
- American Express® Gold Card: 4X at restaurants worldwide, plus takeout and delivery in the U.S.
