Some fans flew to Europe for the Eras Tour, while others paid high prices for resale tickets. You don’t have to do either of these things because Capital One is offering another exclusive cardholder-only Verified Fan sale. The catch? The sale is only for targeted Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Cardholders.
If you’re thinking of going out an applying for a Venture X card, note that only those who have had the card before Aug. 31, 2024 may be targeted for this sale.

Taylor Swift will resume touring the U.S. on Oct. 18, stopping in Indianapolis, Miami, and New Orleans. As expected, ticket prices are astronomical, with seats to the Miami show costing upwards of $8,000…EACH!
If you’re a Venture X cardholder, you might be able to score these tickets for much less. To find out if you’ve been targeted, check your email and then follow the steps outlined below.
- Eligible shows: Indianapolis (Nov. 1-3), Miami (Oct. 18-20), and New Orleans (Oc. 25-27)
- Who is eligible: Targeted Venture X credit cardholders who got their cards before Aug. 31, 2024.

How to register for the Venture X Eras Tour ticket sale
To buy tickets during the Capital One Venture X Eras Tour sale, you’ll need to follow a few simple steps (and keep the deadlines in mind). Here’s a step-by-step look at how you can secure tickets to see Taylor Swift:
1. Check your email for the Verified Fan sale code
Check your inbox (and spam) for a targeted email from Capital One about the Venture X Eras Tour ticket sale. The email will contain a special registration code.
2. Add your Venture X Card to your Ticketmaster account
The Venture X Eras Tour registration page advises qualifying cardholders to, “have your Capital One Venture X card saved to your Ticketmaster Wallet at the time of registration.” Don’t skip this step before you register. You don’t want to be rendered ineligible because you didn’t follow this quick step before registering.

Using the code provided in the initial email, register on the Venture X Eras Tour Verified Fan sale. The deadline is 12 p.m. (ET) on Sept. 11, 2024.
Note, this code doesn’t guarantee you’ll get to buy tickets. It merely gets you a spot in line.
4. Buy your tickets
The Venture X Eras Tour tickets go on sale at 1 p.m. (local stadium time) on Sept. 13 and each cardholder can buy up to two tickets.

Is it worth it?
I traveled to Singapore for the Eras tour and it was well worth it. Not just because I had front-row seats but because the concert was spectacular. Whether you’re sitting in the front row or the nosebleeds, you’re bound to have an amazing view of the stage – there really are no “bad” seats at the Eras Tour.
Scalpers are having a field day reselling tickets at absurd prices. So if you can manage to buy tickets to a U.S. show at face value, it’s well worth it.

If you’re not selected for the Capital One Venture X Verified Fan sale, you can still find Eras tour tickets at face value. The Eras Tour Resell account on Twitter connects fans with ticketholders who are willing to sell their tickets at face value.
They get a lot of demand and often have a waitlist, but you might get lucky and find tickets this way.
Another option is to buy Eras Tour tickets closer to the concert date. Prices tend to drop about a week out and you can often find face-value tickets the day of the show – especially if you’re willing to buy tickets in the nosebleed section. In all fairness, that section may be far off but offers impressive views of the stage and the numerous special effects throughout the night.
